At MiamiMD, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. That is why we offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to try your MiamiMD products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You can obtain an RMA Number by contacting our Customer Care Team before sending your return.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. MiamiMD is not responsible for products that are lost or stolen during return shipping.
Once our shipping department receives your return, refunds are generally processed within 2 business days.
A $5 restocking and recycling fee may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. After the refund has been processed, it may take an additional 3–4 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
